Fedex portrays a large, mail carrying truck, with two painted trucks on the sides to show that Fedex "carries" their competitors and that no other company, in this case UPS, cannot deliver like Fedex can. The image shows that the company is hard at work, while UPS struggles to keep up and cannot produce.

Bose Headsets enhances the use of their product by proclaiming that their noise-cancelling will prevent you from hearing a loud waterfall. The guy is obviously just out casually on the boat when he travels too far. Bose is advertising that there is no noise when using their product which most people prefer.

Drinking and driving is something that needs to be stopped and advertisements attempt to do this. The photo of a parking spot reserved for a "drunk driver" set on a tree shows that only drunk drivers will park there because they cannot keep control. The ad appeals to the emotional aspect of people's minds saying that if you drink and drive, you will most likely lose control and hit a tree hurting yourself.
